Dedicated Project Manager
Having a dedicated project manager means you’ve got a single, reliable point of contact guiding your turnkey project every step of the way. They coordinate timelines, communicate with contractors, and make sure every detail stays on track—so you don’t have to. It’s one more way we make the process smooth, stress-free, and built around you.
Building Permit
Building permits are a key part of any new home project—they ensure your home meets local codes and safety standards. Permit costs can vary depending on your location (fees in your area to be determined), but no need to stress—we’ll take care of the entire permitting process for you! From applications to approvals, we’ll handle the details so you can stay focused on the fun parts of your build.
Utilities
Your water and sewer lines will be stubbed out and ready for utility connection, and overhead power service will be in place for your local provider to complete the hookup.
Keep in mind—utility deposits, tap fees, turn-on fees, and other power connection costs vary by location and provider, and aren’t included in turnkey pricing. Also, if your location requires a well and/or septic that cost will be additional. Have questions? We are a licensed builder/vendor with HCRA and are registered with Tarion to provide you with industry leading warranty.
